Ministry wants to ban scrap precious metal exports from November 1

MOSCOW, Sep 27 (PRIME) -- The Industry and Trade Ministry suggests banning exports of scrap precious metal from Russia from November 1 through April 30, 2024, according to a draft order published on the state portal for legal acts on Wednesday.

Similar bans were introduced in Russia from March 20 through September 20, 2023, and earlier.
